Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to Property Council of Australia. Cancellations received prior to Monday 2 May 2016 will be refunded in full, less a handling fee of $100. NO REFUNDS will be granted after this date.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Terms and conditions

Registrations are for individual delegates only and cannot be split or shared between multiple people. Your registration is accepted on the basis of the conditions outlined below.

Conditions of entry

The Property Council of Australia reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove from the premises any person who it considers (in their sole and absolute discretion) is causing annoyance or inconvenience to delegates or attendees. No refund, replacement or compensation will be offered to any person refused entry or removed from the premises.

Accommodation payment and cancellation policy

Accommodation payment will be forwarded directly to the accommodation venue. Full payment will be charged on confirmation of accommodation bookings.

Cancellation fees apply subject to the terms and conditions of the accommodation venues. 

Accommodation bookings at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort that are cancelled within 30 days of the event will incur full cancellation charges; prior to 30 days will incur charges at the discretion of the hotel and conference organisers.
